Mr. Detmer joined CenterStone in April 2002 with extensive experience leading venture-backed information technology companies. Previously, Mr. Detmer was President and CEO of Exactis.com, Inc., which he joined in January 1999 and brought public (NASDAQ: XACT) in November 1999. After merging Exactis with 24/7 Media (NASDAQ: TFSM) in June 2000, Mr. Detmer served as COO of 24/7 Media before reselling the Exactis business unit to Experian in May 2001. Mr. Detmer held the position of President and General Manager of the eMarketing Services group within Experian, the world's largest information company until joining CenterStone.

Prior to Exactis Mr. Detmer was the founder, President and CEO of Atlantes Corporation, a Denver-based consumer database information management company. He founded Atlantes in 1992 and successfully sold the company to Metromail Corp. (NYSE: ML) in 1997. Experian acquired Metromail in 1998.

Mr. Detmer holds a BA degree from Williams College and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Mr. Gates joined CenterStone Technologies in August 2004, with over 20 years of technology experience. Prior to joining CenterStone Technologies Mr. Gates worked at McKesson, Inc. a Fortune 16 company, as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Client Support. Mr. Gates also worked with Mr. Detmer and Mr. Edwards at Exactis.com as Vice President of Technology in charge of worldwide technology operations.

Mr. Gates worked at Access Health, a leader in nurse triage for the healthcare industry, as Vice President of Technology. Access Health was acquired by McKesson, Inc. in 1998. Mr. Gates worked as Director of Engineering for Clinicom in 1991, a pioneer in the field of electronic healthcare charting, which was acquired by HBO & Company and later by McKesson, Inc.

Mr. Gates holds BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.

Mr. de Lussac brings 12 years of experience with large group as well as business development skills with start-ups. Prior to CenterStone, he worked 5 years at L'Oreal, within the Luxury Products division, developing corporate marketing projects and internal business coordination in an international environment. In 2000, he founded Pulpsport SA, a software provider of Web-based SOM solutions for manufacturers in the textile / sports industry that he managed until its acquisition by CenterStone Technologies Inc. in October 2005.

Mr. de Lussac holds a BA degree in Business Administration (European Business School) and a master in Marketing (CELSA - Paris).

Mr. Westerholm brings extensive experience in sales in an international business environment, as well as knowledge and network within the sports industry. Mr. Westerholm spent over 10 years in the sports marketing & sporting goods industries as Director of Marketing of SFX Sports (previously Proserv) and Managing Director of NBA European Events. He developed business with numerous consumer product companies such as Nike, Adidas, Lacoste, Converse, NEC, Volvo, Ebel, BMW, Barilla, Bausch & Lomb, Pepsi Cola and many others.

Mr. Westerholm holds BA degrees in International Business Administration and International Economics from The American University of Paris.

Mr. Ramssamy brings strong technology experience. Prior to joining CenterStone, he worked 2 years at France Telecom to promote and bill a web based multi channel broadcasting solution. Mr. Ramssamy provided expertise for HP as well. He held the lead development role of a warranty management worldwide application in 2001 for HP France. Then he provided Architecture and Warranty Solutions expertise in 2002 for HP Cupertino, CA. His knowledge of both HP supply chain and Oracle Database Engine enabled to prototype and deploy the HP/Compaq Worldwide Warranty Management Solution in 2002 and 2003.

Mr. Ramssamy holds a Masters Degree in Electronics from the University of Grenoble.

M. Baudet joined CenterStone with solid experience in marketing and customer service working for Decathlon, as a Department Manager and then for Bouygues Telecom, where he spent 5 years: first as a Team Manager in the Customer Service dedicated to pro clients and key accounts, where he structured back-office and front-office activities; then as a Project Manager in the Communication Department, where he participated in launching i-mode service in France in 2002 (first internet portal for mobile phones to be available in France), and was in charge of i-mode edition (user guides, handbooks).

Mr. Baudet is graduated Normandy Business School (ESC Le Havre).
